“In my daily job I have witnessed how (inter)cultural competency – and the lack of it – can truly impact teams’ performance and job satisfaction. How much energy could be saved and how much frustration avoided should people be better equipped to work across cultures”.

And it is why I am driven to share my experience and knowledge in the field of intercultural communication.”

Sociologist with major in cultural anthropology by training, and an avid traveler by nature – Magdalena is passionate about enabling people to see themselves and others with a new lens, turning every intercultural encounter into an opportunity for creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all.
