Centering around the concepts of design thinking, collaboration, and learning, we will look for solutions together, empower, inspire, and impact each other as well as support each other on our journeys – of discovery, transformation, growth. This highly interactive workshop is a “place” to be when you feel that you need to explore an unknown territory, learn new skills, broaden your horizons, or challenge yourself, your thoughts, way of working or leading a business. And while you’re at it, you may find yourself helping others too. Building and nurturing your network is what you practice here as well. 

About your Host:

Julia Jelinska is a curiosity partner. She focuses on finding innovative, efficient, and creative solutions to challenges and on achieving strategic results. Throughout her career in audit and risk management she has been a trusted guide through risky environments and as a linking pin connecting people, ideas and needs. She is a flexible, open-minded, and focused on solutions business consultant and design thinking facilitator who builds connections and bridges to close the gaps between opportunities and risks. Her passion for (self)development and traveling go hand in hand. She has been combining facilitating design thinking workshops with organizing luxury travels worldwide as Private Travel Designer.

Being a passionate equity & inclusion advocate, Julia founded and led the Dutch Chapter of the LEAD (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity) Network, and she served on the Board of the Polish Professional Women in The Netherlands Society. Currently she serves on the Board of Polaris Foundation – a development, networking and empowerment platform for professionals and entrepreneurs embracing diversity and inclusion.
