Burnout’s first aid by Dagmara Kamecka

Dagmara Kamecka is a Burnout & Personal Development specialist, coach & mentor. Dagmara was born and raised in the South of Poland and moved to The Netherlands over 20 years ago. She describes herself as a driven person who is passionate about personal growth, fascinated by the human mind and behavior, love to empower others and make impact.

Dagmara says: ,,Dancing gives me energy and yoga peace of mind. I best unwind in open natural spaces – beaches, mountains, forests – which give me a sense of freedom.

When I started my most powerful transformational journey, what I realized first is that I do not have control over external factors. However, I do have influence on how I relate to them, how I show up and how I inspire others. I believe that it is all about personal leadership as any change starts within YOU. I thrive to live my life with this extraordinary quote of Mahatma Gandhi: ‘Be the change you want to see in the world and others’.

Hence, I have chosen consciousness and coaching as a lifestyle, that is why I love to see others reach their potential and become their own best friends. Connecting with people, being there for them and building meaningful relationships make my heart tick.

I believe that organizations would benefit from having more conscious empowering leaders operating from a place of enthusiasm, curiosity and ownership, making powerful changes, fostering a growth centric culture based on trust and wellbeing.”
