PPW Goes International networking event was organized for the 5th time and this year it was held on 29th August. The members and the guests of the Polish Professional Women Association in the Netherlands met the Alumni of The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú at Stand Zuid in Amsterdam.
The meeting was opened by the duo from PPW Julita Davies and Julita Jelinska who greeted the attendees. We also heard a few words about the Alumni of The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Association from Patricia, who leads it.
Izabela Karbowiak prepared several cards with questions that the participants could use to break the first ice and get the conversation started. The questions were centred around the cultural differences, similarities and life in a foreign country. They worked so well, that just after a few moments a vibrant chitchat took over the entire place.
We enjoyed the conversations with both, the newly acquainted people as well as with our long-known friends, while catching the last rays of the summer sun.
The networking event was organized at Strand Zuid in Amsterdam that is a popular outing place in Amsterdam Zuid.
This was a great, warm evening. The conversations were flowing in English, Polish and Spanish and LinkedIn invitations were exchanged. All in a very energetic atmosphere.
