Vincent’s primary search experience is in Consumer Products & Services and in Life Sciences. He has also worked extensively in Professional Services (in particular in Logistics), Manufacturing & Engineering and Technology. After spending 10 years at international search firm Stanton Chase he joined the Amsterdam office of Signium International as of 1 September 2014. Vincent feels particularly challenged to find candidates who not only fit the professional profile clients are looking for, but whose personal profiles as individuals also suit the client company’s particular ‘way of being’. She studied South East Asian languages & cultures. Because of the Asia crisis, she did not end up working in this field. She worked at IBM for 6 years in different roles, amongst others selling IT solutions and as Talent Manager for the Benelux. In the meantime she was given the opportunity to pursue an MBA at Webster University. She learned a lot, both from her professors and fellow students who came from all over the world and from a lot of different companies.
