Intercultural Differences

online | in English

In today’s global work environment, cultural differences shape how we communicate, collaborate, and understand one another — often in ways we don’t even notice. This session will uncover what truly happens beneath the surface: how culture influences expectations, decision-making, feedback styles, and the subtle signals that can either strengthen teamwork or create silent friction.
Expect practical insights, clear frameworks, and real examples you can immediately apply in international settings.

The session will be led by Magdalena Szumna, a seasoned intercultural consultant and diversity practitioner who has spent years helping global teams work together with clarity, confidence, and cultural intelligence. Her approach combines deep academic knowledge with hands-on experience gained from supporting leaders across industries. Magda is known for turning complex cultural dynamics into accessible, actionable guidance that genuinely transforms collaboration.
