Maia, an experienced stress coach who started her own business, ‘Beecome’, in January 2015 and became successful in her own way. She studied, lives and works in Amsterdam.
In her one to one sessions she first shows her clients their natural talents and helps them to recognize patterns of behaviors (ie, repeated and unfavorable reactions, patterns) that block them from using their full potential. From that moment on the goals can be set and steps can be made.
She is specialized in finding back focus through several body minded techniques. For example, haptonomy, breathing techniques and energetic
bodywork. These techniques put the mind on a different level and give a whole new perspective on looking at things and acting upon them.
Maia helps to set goals that can be work related or focused on other life events.
