Monika Huss

Monika deals with the affairs of the members of the Association. She is their first point of contact and the ambassador of our organization outside of the Netherlands. Monika is responsible for the verification of the new members, monitoring payments and she takes care of the acclimatization of new members by involving them in the activities of the Association. She conducts development workshops for Polish women in the Netherlands titled “Polki dla Polek” And organised yearly by our Association. Monika graduated with a degree in Psychology and European Studies from the Kozminski University in Warsaw. She has several years of administrative and HR experience from her work at a large international company, investment fund and recruitment agency, as well as from her role as a freelancer in projects of Assessment Center. In her work, she focuses on introducing real change to support people and organizations in unlocking their full potential. Monika and her husband moved to the Netherlands in 2016. They live in Amsterdam. Privately, she is a mother of a 4-year-old, passionate about sports, healthy eating and psychology. She loves traveling and is interested in culinary adventures as well. She relaxes by writing blog posts that can be found on the PPW Association’s website.
