Beata Piskorz

Beata is Treasurer in the association and takes care of all financial settlements both within the association and with external institutions. She graduated in economics at the University of Gdańsk (logistics). Beata built her professional experience in finance in such companies as: ABB, Dialog S.A and Philips / Signify. He has 15 years of experience in team management and organizational change. Her practicality and holistic approach work well in designing and redefining financial systems and processes. Beata managed international projects as part of organizational transformation and in outsourcing of services, which built her ability to cooperate in a multicultural environment. Working with people prompted her to explore coaching skills, which she uses to support individuals and teams in coping with challenges. Privately, she is married and the mother of three adult young people (citizens of the world). He has been living outside Poland since 2008 – now, from 2015 in Amsterdam, previously in Moscow. He takes care of her health by discovering and implementing good eating habits and running. He likes to travel, admire beautiful architecture and interiors. Her latest passion is emotional intelligence and its impact on the quality of our relationships with ourselves, with others and with the world. Her motto: “I love change because it takes me to a new place, where I haven’t been before. It releases my greatest fears only to discover that there is a reward waiting for me in the next step – freedom and fulfillment. Helping others take this next step is my passion. ”
