Change your eating habits, follow your gut and be healthy

13 February we will have an informal workshop called “Change your eating habits, follow your gut and be healthy”

This workshop is recommended to everyone who wants to invest in their health and get more clarity on healthy dietary choices!

Are you one of many wondering what you should put on your plate to have more energy, to have less cravings or just to eat healthy? Are you confused about dietary choices and looking for answers on how to eat healthy? Do you want to improve your nutrition but not knowing where to start? As you walk the aisles of the supermarket, are you having difficulties in selecting the right foods? Do you want to learn why health begins in the gut and what impact your gut mi-crobes have on your health? If your answer is “yes” to above questions, then this workshop is a must for you.

Based on the latest research and their experience, Joanna and Monika will sort out some nutri-tional facts by providing valuable insight allowing you to assess your nutrition know-how and providing you with ways to improve your diet, and consequently manage your health. This in-formative workshop will translate nutrition information into practice to inspire you in adopting foods that nourish your body and in avoiding non-nutritious food like substances.
