Change your eating habits, follow your gut and be healthy

13 February we will host a practical workshop called "Change your eating habits, follow your gut and be healthy"

This workshop is recommended to everyone who wants to invest in their health and get more clarity on healthy dietary choices!

Are you one of many wondering what you should put on your plate to have more energy, to have less cravings or just to eat healthy? Are you confused about dietary choices and looking for answers on how to eat healthy? Do you want to improve your nutrition, but don't know where to start? As you walk the aisles of the supermarket, do you have difficulties in selecting the right foods? Do you want to learn why health begins in the gut, and what impact your gut microbes have on your health? If your answer is “yes” to the above questions, then this workshop is a must go for you.

Based on the latest research and their experience, Joanna and Monika will sort out some nutritional facts by providing valuable insight allowing you to assess your nutrition know-how and providing you with ways to improve your diet, and consequently manage your health. This informative workshop will translate nutrition information into practice to inspire you in adopting foods that nourish your body and in avoiding non-nutritious food like substances.
